Christian Fischbacher’s FINE SATIN is among the most popular classics and, at only 80 grams per square metre, has the lightest quality fabric. Only Supima extra-long-staple cotton is used for this, as distinguished by the swiss+cotton mark of excellence. This signals the highest quality in the Swiss value chain. The unusually long and fine fibres have superb manufacturing properties. When it comes to the elegant, small dots on the 664 FINE SATIN, this is a weft-satin weave that lets the matte dots appear visible on the shiny, warp-satin weave background. The combination of the fine yarn, the specific weave and the sophisticated finish gives the feather-light fabric its outré radiance. A Swiss weaving company with which the Christian Fischbacher company has worked for over 100 years manufactures this quality material exclusively for the highly traditional textiles design company from St. Gallen.
