All terms of these TC are based on french text, the english version hereunder provided is solely for information purposes and should not be legally considered in any case. These conditions are however a close but not perfect translation of french TC.
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions (TC) define the provisions in force between Innendekorationen Jürg e-Freimann/ bettenshop.ch (hereinafter referred to as e-bettenshop.ch) and its clients in the purchase or rental of goods and services thereto.
2. Delivery area
The area of delivery of our products is currently limited to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
3. Conclusion of contract
The products, services and prices published on www.e-bettenshop.ch are considered as offers. However, this offer is always subject to the (resolving) condition of the impossibility of delivery or of an incorrect price indication (from the manufacturer or from e-bettenshop.ch). The contract is concluded as soon as the customer places his order via the online store, in store, by phone or by email. The arrival of the order for an online order is notified to the customer by means of an order confirmation automatically generated by email. Receipt of the automatically generated order confirmation does not contain any assurance that the product is actually available or can be delivered. It only shows the customer that the order placed has been received by e-bettenshop.ch and that the contract is thus concluded, which is subject to the subsequent condition of non-delivery. If any of the above conditions (dissolution) occurs, the contract will be dissolved immediately and without the involvement of the parties. The customer will be informed immediately. Following termination of the contract, e-bettenshop.ch is not obliged to make a replacement delivery.
3.1 Right of return and withdrawal
e-bettenshop offers no right of return, but offers a warranty on the products. The customer has no right of withdrawal after the order has been confirmed and paid. e-bettenshop.ch will accept reservations and returns only if the difference between the product presented on its website and the product actually delivered is totally different.
4. Method of payment
e-bettenshop.ch only accepts prepayment, so there is no customer credit check. All payments are made in Swiss francs (CHF). If the payment method is "Bank e-banking", the goods will be kept until receipt of payment. In this case, payment must be received within 5 working days to the bank account indicated in the automatic order confirmation. Payment for the ordered goods must be made immediately after conclusion of the contract. You can pay for Internet orders with one of the usual credit cards or with the other payment options described in the Payment method menu. To protect your credit card data, the data is transmitted in encrypted form. The goods can be picked up from our store. In this case, the invoice amount is due upon receipt of the goods and must be paid immediately on site in Swiss francs.
5. Price
All prices include the VAT rate law in force in Switzerland.

All prices may change and may show errors.
6. Terms of delivery
Conditions and delivery charges are based on the nature of the items ordered.
Orders are delivered by post if necessary and if possible. Shipping costs are proportional to the value of the goods.
Controls more than 20 kg are sent by delivery service e-bettenshop.ch home after a date prior agreement with the customer. Regardless of the number of items to be delivered every home delivery is charged a predefined package delivery.
e-bettenshop.ch can not be held responsible for any delays in delivery due to Swiss Post.
7. Non-acceptance of the goods
In case of unjustified non-acceptance of the goods, we will charge we will incombés. The right to make use of our contractual rights is not affected.
8. Absence of agreed delivery time
If a second visit is required, e-bettenshop.ch is entitled to charge it to the customer.
9. Absence receipt of the mailing
If a packet can not be delivered to the recipient by post, it shall be deposited for 7 days in the post office responsible. If no one picks up the package within that period, it will return to e-bettenshop.ch. If a second trip is necessary to return the package to the recipient e-bettenshop.ch is entitled to charge it to the customer.
10. Retention of title
All items delivered shall remain the property of e-bettenshop.ch until full payment of the invoice amount. We have the right to enter a reservation of title in the register provided for this purpose at home canton.
11. Warranty
All products are manufactured with warranty conditions of the manufacturer, (2 years).
11a. Colours
The products sold on e-bettenshop.ch are made with fabrics that may have differences in shades depending on the suppliers' supply. The colors of the images as they appear on the customer's screen may not exactly be identical to the actual color of the fabrics delivered to the customer, despite the rigor and care taken during the realization of the site. This is mainly due to the technical limitations of color representation, internet transmission and the settings of your hardware and software configuration.
The customer recognizes by passing his order to have accepted this eventuality. E-bettenshop.ch can not therefore be held responsible for any difference in color shades between the image as it appears on the customer's screen and the actual color of the product delivered.
12. Privacy and Data Security
e-bettenshop.ch agrees to comply with the legal requirements for the protection and data security.
The data are treated in strict confidence and not disclosed to third parties.
The customer may require e-bettenshop.ch information on personal data or if ask to have access.
Transmission of all personal data and credit card is done with the SSL encryption technology recognized internationally.

13. Other conditions
We strive to describe the products and present photos of the highest possible quality. However, it can not be excluded that some differences appear between picture and the actual product. Subject to errors in product descriptions. If the customer makes an order e-shop, then he gets an electronic confirmation by e-mail. Electronic confirmation will be given an automated manner, and therefore, it is only based on receipt of the order, but does not in any way constitute acceptance of the latter.
e-bettenshop may at any time terminate the contract of sale.
14. Headquartes and juriiction
Our business and relationships between e-bettenshop.ch and its customers are subject to Swiss law. Jurisdiction is Zürich - Zurich.
In case of dispute concerning consumer contracts, the court of the domicile of the customer or one of the two parts deal with complaints from the client, the court of the domicile of the defendant deal with complaints by e-bettenshop. c. Are considered consumer contract contracts on services that meet the needs of individuals.
For clients with home or abroad name, Zürich ZH-is the venue and only recognized for all procedures.
15. Final Provisions
If some points of TC proved ineffective, all other provisions shall remain valid.
