Jersey Interlock
The jersey is knitted and not woven, which gives it a particularly elastic mesh structure. Jersey bed sets are absolute all-rounders: they are supple, soft, absorbent and breathable. In addition, jersey requires little ironing, if at all. It is therefore one of the very easy to maintain fabrics. Interlock jersey is knitted double-sided while single jersey is only knitted on one side, so interlock jersey is better, warmer, softer - and more durable.
