Jersey Interlock
The jersey is knitted and not woven, which gives it a particularly elastic mesh structure. Jersey bed sets are absolute all-rounders: they are supple, soft, absorbent and breathable. Interlock jersey is knitted double-sided while single jersey is only knitted on one side, so interlock jersey is better, warmer, softer - and more durable.
