CERTIFIED QUALITY

We produce, develop and test our products taking into account the latest scientific findings. The Swiss GOOD NIGHT’S SLEEPLAB test center monitors the ergonomics, hygiene, climate and durability of all products. These results are certified by the independent institute AEH.

TECHNOLOGY

A good night comes from a good climate, and a good climate comes from good ventilation. AirFlow technology guarantees optimal ventilation.
Sophisticated ventilation channels in the foam core or an extremely well ventilated pocket coil core form the basis.
The direct sleeping surface consists of a premium AirFlow foam comfort padding, with a cell structure with very open pores, for high air permeability.
CThis reduces heat and humidity build-up and ensures a particularly favorable microclimate throughout the sleeping system.

ROLL PACKAGING
Our “basics by BICO” mattresses and slatted bases are rolled up and packed in boxes to save space.
This allows for simple, safe and fast transport, as well as convenient unpacking, all without loss of quality.
By reducing packaging materials and transport volumes, we are making a valuable contribution to environmental protection with this solution.
The Basic Flex model is not available in rolled packaging.

GUARANTEE PROVISIONS
We provide a 2-year serviceability warranty on mattresses and box springs, which covers defects in materials and workmanship, subject to normal use. In the event of a total replacement of the product, the current catalog price will be taken into account for the warranty claim.
The amount cannot be paid in cash.
As mattresses become softer with use, normal drops in firmness are not covered by the warranty.
Depending on the product, mattresses should be turned over regularly to avoid one-sided wear.
Dimensional tolerances: it should be remembered that a tolerance of minimal di erences of +/- 2% compared to the nominal dimensions is provided for the mattresses. Such variations or the formation of wrinkles are related to the materials and excluded from the guarantee.
A replacement product is not provided to the customer during the downtime. Repairs and deliveries of spare parts do not interrupt the current warranty period, nor do they mark the start of a new warranty period.
In the event of repairs due to improper use, Hilding Anders Switzerland AG reserves the right to waive the warranty.
