Dear Sir or Madam,I have recently purchased a Roviva Dream Away All Space soft 1630 mattress which is causing me a lot of lower back pain causing me to have hardly any sleep and was wondering what the return policy is, I would be very happy to exchange this for a firmer mattress if this is possible.? The mattress was delivered to me on 12 April 2017. Many thanks in advance for your kind response.
