Billerbeck down duvets are Swiss quality products
Feather and down duvets and pillows are produced with the utmost care in the billerbeck Suisse SA in Fischbach-Göslikon. It all begins with the meticulous choice of plumules on which depends the excellence of the finished product. To this effect, we use European goose down to any large flakes. 2 years warranty on material and workmanship defects

The usability of the mattress and the inlay frame guarantee a ten-year guarantee under normal conditions, which includes material and processing defects.

BICO reserves the right to make no warranty claims for repairs resulting from improper handling. Mattresses are somewhat smoother in use, so normal softness is not covered under warranty.

The warranty claim for mattresses is only valid when used with a suitable under-spring suspension. Insert frames with older construction and insufficient functionality destroy a new mattress in a comparatively short time.

No guarantee claims can be asserted if such an insert frame is used. The mattress cores initially have a specific intrinsic odor. So you do not need to worry, because this smell is harmless in every respect and is lost in use after a short time.

 

BICO uses only CFC-free and amine-free mattress cores, which comply with the Oeko-Tex® Standard 100.
The guarantee claim applies from the date of purchase and only against the presentation of the purchase receipt. If you have any questions, please contact your dealer or directly at BICO AG, Kundendienst, 8718 Schänis.

Limitations:
For motors with BICO mounting frames, as well as for frames and accessories, the warranty period is a maximum of two years (full guarantee).

 
Care instructions
 

The mattress will give you pleasure for a long time if you follow the following instructions:

1. The natural mattress pads are breathable. Therefore, allow the mattress to bleed for half an hour before first embedding. Daily airing gives the mattress an additional recreation facility.


2. For double-sidedly padded mattresses we recommend to turn the mattress at least once a month. Also the turning in the longitudinal direction is recommended except for mattresses with head and foot sides.

 

3. The mattress must not be tapped and sucked. Cleaning with a soft brush is sufficient and does not attack the natural supports.


4. Detachable mattress covers can be washed or chemically cleaned depending on the filling material. Please note the care instructions attached to the mattress cover.


5. Over the years, even with good care, different residues accumulate automatically. For this reason, we recommend replacing the mattress for hygienic reasons after 8 to 10 years for an intact feeling of freshness and a healthy sleep comfort.

During the first 2 years after the date of manufacture, we grant a full guarantee on all mattresses and system frames on all authorized material and production defects. TRANSPORT AND ASSEMBLY
The buyer bears the costs for transport and assembly in the event of a guarantee. He is concerned about a replacement mattress during this time. Our warranty does not interfere with the ongoing warranty period; There is no new guarantee period.

STRENGTHENING
Mattresses are somewhat softer in use, so normal strength deviations are not guaranteed. Mattresses should be turned regularly (also in the longitudinal direction) in order to avoid a one-sided wear.

Defects
Defects which are attributable to a bad, deficient or inappropriate fitting frame or such a deposit are not covered by warranty.

NATURAL POLICE CARDS
Quality mattresses have, for example, Thick natural pads, which in the first months are somewhat compressed by use. This can cause slight wrinkles in the fabric, but this is normal.

FREMDEMISSIONS
Each new product initially has its own specific odor. You need not worry about that. For the smell is harmless in every respect and dissipates in use after a short time.

EXCEPTIONS OF  THE WARRANTY
Do not fall under guarantee claims: normal wear and tear, consequences of improper handling and similar use. Transport damage or other damage, e.g. Cracks, folds, torn handles, defective tear-off closures, soiling, and the like. By stick stains (mold), consequential damage etc.

PILLING
In combination with bedding and bed linen, which contain synthetic fibers, so-called pilling (nodule formation) can occur in mattress covers. Depending on the sleeper and the environment, this can result in static charges which cause the cushioning material to migrate through the cover. Pilling is excluded from the warranty.

LIABILITY
Any further liability in a causal connection with our products is refused.
